We are currently seeking to hire an experienced full time Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to add to our team here at Denton Family Dentistry, a solo private practice that has been well established for over 20 years in the same location in a busy and populated area in Denton, Texas. We are looking for someone passionate about what they do, wanting to work together with a great Doctor & team to treat patients and promote good oral health.

Our office is currently seeking an experienced Lead or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. You will be working directly and assisting the dentist at the back, front, and in the treatment room, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training new assistants, helping to clean and to organize the office, taking phone calls for patients, scheduling, treatment planning, treatment presenting, writing clinical notes, managing lab cases, managing the back flow, checking patients in and out, assisting in surgical procedures such as impacted wisdom teeth extraction and implant placement, making sure the office stays OSHA/HIPAA compliant, and anything additional that the office may need.

We are looking for a dental assistant who is competent in taking xrays, fabricating temporary crowns, assisting and is experienced in surgical procedures such as extraction and implant placement and restoration, root canals, taking alginate and PVS impressions and pouring up and trimming models for fabrication of nightguards, whitening trays, partials and dentures, sealants, in office/chairside whitening, proficient with Primescan digital scanner, and etc.

Our Office Hours are:
Monday- 8:30am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch from 1pm - 2pm)

Tuesday- 8:30am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch from 1pm - 2pm)

Wednesday- 7:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch from 1pm - 2pm)

Thursday- 7:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch from 1pm - 2pm)

What We’re Looking For:
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
