（Full-time） Dental assistant job at 6 to 9 Dental

We seek an efficient upbeat energetic organized and detail-oriented RDA to join our team providing excellent customer service to our patients. Must be reliable and able to work independently take excellent x-rays and alginate impressions.

Duties:

RDA dental assisting license to assist in the back with the various dentists
- Answer phone calls if needed and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with dental administrative support tasks as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Utilize electronic systems for scheduling
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Work Hours: Monday, To Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.

-Certified Dental Assistant
-Nitrous Oxide Certification license

- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
