Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in compliance with infection control protocols. Patient Assistance: Ensure patient comfort during procedures by providing effective chairside support. Educate patients on post-treatment care and proper oral hygiene. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records using our dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred). Support scheduling and other front office tasks as needed to optimize workflow. Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits	Health Insurance available after 90 days Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year 401(k) benefits (details TBD)
Shift & Schedule	Work Days: Tuesday through Friday (specific hours to be confirmed)
Requirements	Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant
Preferences	Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Dental Assistant. Experience with taking x-rays and basic chairside duties. Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
