We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing exceptional dental care in a friendly and supportive environment. This role involves assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring the comfort of young patients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties:

* Assist the dentist in treatment.
* Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
* Take and record vital signs of patients as needed.
* Manage patient flow and ensure that all medical records are accurately maintained.
* Educate patients and their families on proper dental hygiene practices.
* Have fun!

Requirements:

* Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of pediatric dentistry practices.
* X-ray license is a MUST.
* Coronal license is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
* Previous experience in dental assisting is a MUST.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent patient care.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and their parents.

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:15pm; Friday 8:30am - 4:15pm (also open to part-time)
