Take digital dental x-rays using Dexis
Take analog and digital impressions for diagnostic and opposing models
Maintain and update office to current OSHA standards. Manage regulated waste.
Order and maintain supplies
Mount study models on articulators. Trim bite registrations.
Seat patients in designated treatment rooms in a timely fashion, monitor patient flow.
Update medical histories into Dentrix.
Assistant hygienists with periodontal probings.
Enter treatment plans into computer.
Take good digital images
Initial evaluation of emergency patients, to include an x-ray.
Pour and trim study models.
Review medical history, progress from previous visit, if applicable, and the scheduled treatment plan with each patient.
Aid in helping patients feel comfortable, provide Motrin pre-operatively, and give CD.
Inform doctor when patient is ready.
Assist the doctor by passing instruments, aspirating intra-oral fluids, mixing materials and medicaments.
Record treatment rendered in the patient’s chart.
Escort patients to the business area for financial follow-up and re-scheduling.
Monitor incoming and outgoing lab cases, write up cases and send out.
Fabrication and delivery of bleaching and fluoride trays.

Monday -Thursday. 7:30 - 4:30

Excellent communication skills with patients and team.

Experience with Dexis, Dentrix, Intraoral camera use, digital photography, using a face bow, mounting cases on an articulator.
