Job Description	Job Description: Ashore Dental Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the dentist in providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for dental health. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative work - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental X-rays as needed - Maintain accurate patient records and charting - Ensure patient comfort by preparing treatment areas and assisting with patient positioning - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and aftercare - Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to health and safety regulations - Support front office staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing patient payments

Shift & Schedules	Day shift Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday.
Requirements	Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant
Preferences	- Proficient in using Dentrix software, with hands-on experience managing patient records, scheduling, and billing to ensure efficient office operations. - Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus especially front - Must have 3-5 years of experience as a dental assistant, demonstrating proficiency in clinical procedures, patient care, and office administration. -Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations
