（Full-time） Experienced Oral Surgery Assistant - Mesa job position at Christensen Oral Surgery

ORAL SURGERY ASSISTANT – Experience preferred.
Oral Surgery Assistant position is available in a fast-paced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Mesa.
This position is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Typical office hours for assistants:
• Monday and Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-1, Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. Time can be later depending on scheduled appointments and emergencies.
• Typical hours range from 30-40 hours.
We are looking for an experienced oral surgery/dental assistant to join our amazing team.
Most common office procedures include:
• Wisdom Teeth Extractions, Dental Extractions, Implants, Facial Trauma, Biopsies, and IV Sedation.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE and not limited to:
• Assist oral surgeon during surgery and consultation appointments
• Tray set up and take down
• Sterilization
• Inventory and stocking
• Follow up correspondence with referring dentists
• Cleaning and organization of back office
Job Qualifications:
• Dental Assistant
• CPR Certified
• X-Ray Certified - Required
• DAANCE Certified - If not certified, completion within 1 year of employment.
• OSHA and HIPAA knowledge
