About us:

The Sleep & TMJ Group is an independent dental sleep medicine and orofacial pain clinic. We help people treat their sleep apnea and jaw problems with oral appliances. Founded in 1996, we're a small team that prides ourselves on our commitment to excellence.

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our quality dental team. Ideal candidate would love to learn, have confidence, and an attention to detail.

Experience with Epic is highly recommended, but we are willing to train the right person. Medical billing and hospitality experience is a plus. We are a small office so if you are used to working as part of a large team this might not be the fit for you - previous experience working in a small office is appreciated.

Duties include: answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting patients and taking payments, records management, and various other miscellaneous office tasks.
