The Impeccable Smiles Team are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lead Dental Assistant to join our amazing team for a full-time position M-TH 7:30-5:30pm. Must be an experienced licensed EFDA dental professional or equivilant, this position offers a chance to grow in a supportive, family patient-focused practice. We are a high quaility Comprehensive Single Doctor Dental Practice: Sedation Dentistry, Full Preventative and Restorative Care; Root Canals, Single Extraction to Full mouth Extractions/Grafting; Single Dental Implants to Full Arch Replacement; Dentures and Partial; Fixed Orthodontics and Clear Aligner's Orthodontics. Key Responsibilities:

Plan for success, prepare for morning huddle, review pt charts and be familar with treatment needs
Set up for and assist dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and rooms.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with X-rays as needed.
Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on dental care.
Help to motive and guide patients to acheive their own IMPECCABLE SMILE, help answer fear filled questions, guide them through insurance and financing hurddles and empower them to plan for their dental success!

Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
One Friday per month

Licensed Dental Professionals only please

- Assisting Dental License
- Radiology license
