Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments JOB DETAILS: W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers Flexible Schedule: Full Time M-F (8AM - 5:00PM) No call or weekends required Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Estimate: 1 month REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active/Unrestricted WA BLS/ACLS Certification Active/unrestricted DEA 1 year experience preferred
