Job Description	Primary Care LWR Family Medicine is a patient-centered primary care clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community. We focus on preventative care, chronic disease management and same day sick visits. Position Overview: We are seeking a Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on a part-time, morning schedule. The ideal candidate is a motivated, compassionate provider who values teamwork and continuity of care. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated and efficient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena EHR Provide patient education and promote wellness and preventive care Qualifications: Current Florida Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration (or eligibility) Board Certification (FNP or Adult NP preferred) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical background considered) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Athena EHR is a plus Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive, flexible, and team-oriented work environment
